Technical Support

It is important when sending emails regarding technical support that your files are attached, and you direct your request to your local support office.

We will almost always require your XFA file to assist. Without including your file it can create a support delay as we may need to request it from you anyway. If necessary your support office may forward the files for further assistance to central developer support. All files are treated in strict confidence.

All reports are documented, actioned where required and included in later updates of the software. We do not take reports from the forum or other sources to ensure that all reports are handled through the correct channel.
